The TV practises strong influence in the behaviour of the children and of the adolescents [...]. The boys with age between 8 and 9 years have no maturity it does nor structure psychological and biological sufficient to see and to tan like the adult the scenes of a couple kissing or them
insinuations of sexual relations shown in a soap opera. These scenes cause they frustration and can futuramente leave sequels in his personality. The parents never must allow that his children of up to six years see TV, since up to this age group the child cannot distinguish the fantasy of the reality. [...] The more young it will be to
child, but forts will be the negative effects caused by the difficulty of distinguishing the reality of the fiction.
Let's consider two basic factors in the apprenticeship of the child: the identification and the imitation. During the age of 3 and 12 years, the child usually imitates everything all that he sees. If she assists a pernicious program, it will imitate the same scenes of the program. This happens because there is one
region of the extremely sensitive brain, responsible for the apprenticeship, which reflects the whole process of transformation in the child in this age group.
This period is called by the doctors delaterização.
The neurology demonstrated through several inquiries that two cerebral hemispheres fulfill different functions. The left side is the logical and analytical side; while the right is the creative, artistic, sensitive side to the music, responsible one for the emotions, perception and knowledge. The right hemisphere would be, so because of saying, the entrance door of the experiences. The laterização of the brain takes place from the puberty, when two hemispheres are more interconnected. The laterização of the language, for example, takes place that he was seeing right hemisphere and is prosecuted in the left hemisphere. So, the quick development of the child would be made a list to the biggest interaction between these two cerebral hemispheres. Everything as for child learns in the age between 3 and 12 years, it will guard for the whole his life. [...] On that occasion, the child has much sensibility, and develops his mental faculties with more speed and capacity. Imagine then if during this age group the child will always be placed before a " electronic nanny "! It does not remain to less doubt of which she will be induced imitating everything all that is shown in the fabric of the TV.
If the television has power to influence the adult, who already developed great part of his cognitive process, certainly it will practise a power of bigger influence in the child, whose capacity of knowledge and perception is still in phase of formation. [...]
In the child, the strength of influence of the TV is bigger than in an adult.
